Hi and thanks for checking out the first blog on lessonswithgeoff.com. I am very excited to say that this is a place for learning and a place to educate yourself as a means to achieve your goals!  I want to lend myself to you and give you as much knowledge as I have to help you on your journey.  

Music and the business of music is so broad and so vast that I couldn’t tell you anything close to “all you need to know”.  I can only share my experiences and challenges and how they affected me and what I did about them.  My purpose here is to enrich your life by sharing my experiences and skills in a digestible way.  I don’t know everything and I am still learning myself, but what I do know is that having a mentor, teacher or a guide can help immensely when learning an instrument, navigating a career or building a brand.   So please ask me anything!  I want to help. I want to be to you, the person I always needed when my career was just starting out.

My friend who is the PE teacher there wanted me to explain to the students how I use fitness in my daily life to keep primed for the show.
